  • Eggplants - 1.1 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.4 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the prepared mince, adding finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, grated cheese, diluted demi-glace sauce, salt, and pepper. Knead the mixture well to ensure the beefsteak doesn't fall apart while frying, shape it into a patty about 2–3 cm thick, brush with oil, and grill until cooked through.
