Step by Step guide
Step 1
Skewer the tomatoes and chili pepper, and grill them over a wood fire until they have a blackened crust. Place the peppers in ice water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Let the tomatoes cook on the coals for 10 minutes.
Step 2
