Ingredients
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 teaspoon
- Avocado - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the cilantro, lime juice, and add the chicken fillets. Stir and let sit for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Season the chicken with half of the salt. Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil and place the chicken on it. Grill for about 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, black pepper, and diced avocado. Season with the remaining salt.
Step 4
Transfer the chicken to plates and top with a small amount of salsa.
