Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 0.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste

Dice the tomato into small cubes.

Secure the filling with toothpicks.

Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and seasonings.
