Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 0.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the tomato into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the fresh basil into strips.
Step 3
Chop the garlic with a knife.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the tomato, garlic, and basil.
Step 5
Grate any cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the tomatoes.
Step 6
Combine the grated cheese and soft cheese with the tomatoes and mix well.
Step 7
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet with a paper towel.
Step 8
Carefully make cuts along the fillet with a knife to create a 'pocket'. Salt the inside.
Step 9
Stuff the fillet with the prepared filling. One tablespoon is sufficient.

Secure the filling with toothpicks.

Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and seasonings.

Heat a grill pan well and place the fillet on it.

Cook on both sides for 5–7 minutes until done, covering with a lid.
