- Oranges - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 1.8 oz
- Mango - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 piece
- Kumquat - 1 piece
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Butter - to taste
- Corn Starch - to taste
- Wheat Flour - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pineapple and mango, and cut them into pieces. Briefly blanch the kumquat until soft and cut it in half. Sauté the fruits in a dry grill pan, then transfer everything to the oven.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet, coat it in flour, dip it in egg, and then bread it in a mixture of sesame seeds and breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Cook the meat first in a pot with heated vegetable oil (frying principle). Then pat the fillet dry with a paper towel, place it on a rack, and put it in the oven.
Step 4
In a saucepan, heat the butter with sugar. Grate the zest of the lime and orange. When the butter melts, squeeze the citrus juice into it.
Step 5
Mix part of the orange juice with cornstarch and pour it into the saucepan with the boiling butter, stirring thoroughly.
Step 6
Cut the chicken and honeycomb into pieces, arrange them on plates with fruit wedges, and drizzle with the sauce. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
