Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 24.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- White Balsamic Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken thighs and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Gently pound the thighs with a meat mallet.
Step 3
Prepare the marinade. Pour 3 teaspoons of olive oil into a small bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Any chicken seasoning will work for the marinade.

Squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Peel 2 cloves of garlic.

Crush the garlic with a press and add it to the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly.

Place the chicken thighs in a deep container, pour the marinade over them, and mix well to ensure the chicken is coated on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat a grill pan very well, brushing it lightly with olive oil.
