- Poultry - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Lemon - 0.9 oz
- Cucumbers - 2.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Flatten the prepared chickens, season with salt, skewer them on metal skewers, and grill over hot coals (without flames) for 20–30 minutes, periodically brushing with butter and turning the skewers to ensure even cooking.
Step 2
Serve the chickens on a platter with fresh or lightly salted cucumbers, tomatoes, and garnish with parsley sprigs, serving lemon on the side.
Step 3
Serve lemon separately.
