  • Lamb Shoulder - 8 pieces
  • Sausages - 8 pieces
  • Barbecue sauce - to taste
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Melted Cheese - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill or light the fire.

Step 2

Place the chops and sausages on a plate and pierce them in several places with a fork. Brush all over with barbecue sauce and grill over the fire (meat for 2-3 minutes on each side, sausages for 5-10 minutes).

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the sliced onion with olive oil. Add to the meat and grill until soft and golden brown.

Step 4

Carefully cut the sausages in half lengthwise, without cutting through the bottom skin, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Grill for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Step 5

On a large platter, arrange the lamb, place the sausages with cheese beside it, top with the onion, and place a small bowl of barbecue sauce in the center.
