Ingredients
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Hamburger Buns - 2 pieces
- Red Onion - 1 head
- Arugula - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Brush half of the mixture onto 2 large mushrooms and season with salt.
Step 2
Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place 2 thick slices of tomato on the mushrooms and grill for another minute.
Step 3
Spread the mustard sauce on the cut sides of the grilled hamburger buns, then layer with the tomatoes and mushrooms, some sliced onion, and a handful of arugula.
