Ingredients
- Coho salmon fillet - 28.2 oz
- Rice - 28.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
- Mango - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 7 fl oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the Norwegian salmon fillet into 12 thin slices, coat in flour and spices.
Step 2
Fry in oil in a pan or on a grill.
Step 3
Sauté finely chopped onion, chili, leek, and mango in oil.
Step 4
Add cooked rice and tomato juice, cover with a lid, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Plate the dish, garnish with pieces of fresh mango, sauce, and green onion.
