- Cream of Norwegian Herring - 28.2 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 2 tablespoons
- Broccoli - 14.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
- Shallot - 1 head
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Fish Oil - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the Norwegian salmon in a mixture of salt, sugar, and pepper for 24 hours.
Step 2
After that, remove the mixture from the fish, cut the salmon into medallions, coat them in shallots, and grill.

To prepare the sour cream sauce, sauté the pepper and shallot onion in vegetable oil, add sour cream, fish broth, and let the mixture simmer for 12-15 minutes. Season with salt and strain the sauce.

Cook the pasta. Boil the broccoli in salted water until tender. Lightly sauté the tomatoes in oil.
