Grilled peach salsa for skewers

Ingredients

  • Donut Peaches - 5 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
  • Chips - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. Place the peach halves cut side down on a hot grill pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until dark grill marks appear. Then, flip them over and grill for another minute.

Step 2

Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and peel the skin off.

Step 3

Remove the core and seeds from the tomatoes, then dice them into small cubes.

Step 4

Chop the cilantro and finely dice the onion.

Step 5

Chop the peeled peaches coarsely and mix them with the other ingredients. Season with salt to taste.

Step 6

Serve as a dip with chips alongside any skewers.
