Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Coarse Cornmeal - 2 tablespoons
- Smoked cheese sauce - 8.8 oz
- Basil - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Pour in 175 ml of hot water and the oil. Mix everything well. The dough should pull away from the sides of the bowl. Place the dough on a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal. Shape the dough into a ball. Place it on a large baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough. Lift the edges of the dough up and fold them to create a crust.
Step 4
Place the pizza base on the barbecue grill. Grill over medium heat for 2-5 minutes until the bottom of the pizza is golden. Flip the base with tongs. Lightly brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then basil, and top with slices of tomatoes. Grill for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese starts to melt. Drizzle the finished pizza with the remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
