- Potatoes - 2 lbs

- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Rosemary - 4 sprigs

Slice the potatoes into rounds about 1 cm thick. In a large pot, pour in the water, add salt, sugar, and rosemary.
