Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 6.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Paprika - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Rock Salt - to taste
- Lemon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pat a piece of salmon fillet (preferably the thicker part closer to the head) dry with paper towels. Use tweezers to remove any bones that may be left.
Step 2
Rub the fillet with rock salt, olive oil, and paprika. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place the fillet on the grill rack skin side down and cook for 5 minutes. Then flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. The salmon should develop a crispy crust while remaining juicy on the inside. Do not cook it to the point where flakes appear between the fibers.
Step 4
Serve the steak with a wedge of lemon.
