Ingredients
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Scorpion fish fillet - 6 pieces
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Onion - 2.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Serrano Chili - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Tequila - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chives - to taste
- Lime - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the fish in a single layer in a dish and sprinkle with 0.25 teaspoon of salt.
Step 2
In a blender, combine 0.5 teaspoon of salt, cilantro, finely chopped onion, sugar, minced chili, lime juice, tequila, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and pour over the fish. Gently mix, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.

Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 4
Place the fish on a grill rack greased with vegetable oil and grill for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with chives. Garnish with lime wedges.
