Grilled sea bream with soy sauce and garlic fried noodles
Ingredients
- Chilean sea bass fillet - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Soba Noodles - 3.9 oz
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons
- Peanut Sprouts - ¼ cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the fish in a bowl and pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water, then mix in a bowl with chopped green onions, garlic, sprouts, salt, and sugar.
Step 3
Place the fish on the grill, skin side up, reserving the remaining marinade. Grill for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke and pour in the vegetable oil. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes until all ingredients are heated through. Add the remaining marinade, stir, and divide onto 2 plates. Top with the fish fillet.
