Grilled sea trout with asparagus and lemons

Ingredients

  • Fillet of Sturgeon - 28.2 oz
  • Asparagus - 24 pieces
  • Lemon - 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Mix half of the olive oil with paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.

Step 3

Brush this mixture onto the trout steaks (there should be 4 pieces, each weighing 200 grams).

Step 4

Cut the lemons in half.

Step 5

Peel the asparagus, dip it in boiling water, and cook for 2 minutes, then plunge it into ice water.

Step 6

Grill the steaks until cooked through.

Step 7

Grill the lemons cut side down.

Step 8

Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and grill.
