  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Veal Tenderloin - 4 pieces
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4.2 oz
  • Blue Cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Dessert Yogurt - 4 teaspoons
  • Scallions - 0.9 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill. Meanwhile, rub the pieces of meat with the garlic clove and let them sit for a while.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone, blue cheese, yogurt, finely chopped green onion, white pepper, salt, and parsley.

Step 3

Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on one side. Flip the meat, top it with the cheese mixture, and grill for another 7 minutes until done.
