- Blue Cheese - 4.2 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 4 teaspoons
- Scallions - 0.9 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 teaspoons

Preheat the grill. Meanwhile, rub the pieces of meat with the garlic clove and let them sit for a while.
