Ingredients
- Ground coriander - 5 stems
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Dill - 5 stems
- Parsley - 5 stems
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 12 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Sweet Pepper - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds. Dip them in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Remove and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with oil.
Step 2
Heat a grill pan. Grill the pepper halves on both sides. Cut each half lengthwise into 4 pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing. Mix the vegetable oil (refined) with apple cider vinegar in a 3 to 1 ratio and lightly whisk with a fork. Pour the dressing over the hot peppers.
Step 4
Chop the dill, parsley, and cilantro. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop it as finely as possible. Add the herbs and garlic to the peppers in the marinade and gently mix. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
