Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Turkey Escalopes - 4 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 14.1 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 0.3 cups
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Banana Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture onto the turkey scaloppine and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until done.
