- Eggplants - 8.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vinegar essence - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the eggplants and cut them lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rounds about 1 cm thick. Wash the mushrooms, separate the caps from the stems, and peel the top skin off the caps. Peel the onion and slice it into rings about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Lay all the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with foil and greased with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Brush the eggplants with vinegar. Then season all the vegetables with salt and pepper, and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place in the oven on grill mode for 20 minutes at 482°F.
Step 5
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the mayonnaise.
Step 6
After that, take the eggplants out and spread the mayonnaise and garlic mixture on them, then return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
