  • Bone-in Beef - 12 pieces
  • Dry White Wine - 4 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 4 teaspoons
  • Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
  • Tagine Spice Mix - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rub the pieces of meat with the spice mix. Let sit for a while.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, wine, mustard, garlic, and vinegar. Add the meat and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
