Description
Gulas are white fish 'sausages' typically made from pike. The black stripe along the gulas is made from squid ink. You can buy gulas in specialty stores in Spain, but finding them outside the country is not easy. If you cannot find gulas, you can use any similar fish or seafood sausages; however, you should consult about the cooking time and temperature.
