- Milk - 1 qt
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Nuts - 2.1 oz
- Jam - 7.1 oz
- Puff Pastry - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Soak the nuts in hot water, let them sit, then remove the shells, crush them, and add a little water.
Step 2
Heat the milk on full power until foam forms, then remove the foam with a fork.
Step 3
Prepare 10-12 foams. In the remaining milk, add the semolina and cook until thick porridge forms.
Step 4
Add the nuts, half of the butter, and sugar to the porridge and mix well.
Step 5
On the edges of a dish greased with the remaining butter, lay out the puff pastry, place the porridge in the center, layering it with the foams.
