- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Malt Vinegar - 3 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 8 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon

In a mortar, place the minced garlic, finely chopped chili, and a pinch of salt. Use a pestle to grind into a paste.

On low heat, warm the vinegar with the sugar, stirring until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
