- Pork Neck - 28.2 oz
- Lard - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- French fries - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz

Coat the steaks in flour.
