Description
It is better to use fresh chicken fillet rather than frozen.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Milk - ½ cup
- Sour Cream - 7 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a well-heated skillet, sauté the garlic cloves.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes, add to the garlic, and sauté until the chicken pieces turn white.
Step 3
Then add milk, sour cream, pepper, salt, and spices to the skillet, and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
While the chicken is simmering, sauté the onion in a separate skillet until golden brown.
Step 5
Add the onion to the chicken, simmer for another 5 minutes, and add chopped dill.
Step 6
Cook until done over low heat with the lid on.
