Description
For preparation, you can leave the fish whole instead of cutting it into portions and cook it in one paper envelope. You can skip the salt and use more ginger instead. Ginger can be grated instead of sliced. You can serve rice as a side dish. To do this, rinse the rice and soak it in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. Remove from the bowl and drain. Cook either in a steamer or in a pot. Any green salad can also be served as a side dish.
Ingredients
- Fillet of small-eyed hake - 24.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the baking paper into 4 rectangles so that each is 4 times larger than the piece of fish. Brush the paper with olive oil.
Step 2
Peel and julienne the ginger, placing half on the paper. Place the hake on top. Sprinkle with the remaining ginger. Fold the paper into an envelope and tuck in the corners to keep the packets closed.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 428°F.
Step 4
Remove the cooked hake from the envelope. Serve with a side dish.
