Ingredients
- Halibut - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 2.8 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the halibut fillet with pepper and salt, and place it in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, sauté them in a mixture of olive and butter. Sprinkle flour directly in the pan and, stirring constantly, pour in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the halibut in the dish and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for half an hour.
Step 4
Carefully transfer the fish to serving plates before serving, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
