Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Halibut - 24.7 oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 1.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes and white onion into rounds, sauté in oil with the addition of lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft.
Step 2
Cut the halibut into 4 portion-sized pieces. Place the previously prepared vegetables in a baking dish, top with the fish, and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, let cool before serving, and garnish with basil.
