Ingredients
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Aged gouda cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cooked Ham - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into cubes or strips, whichever you prefer. Take a ceramic baking dish and place the ham in it.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, gradually incorporate the flour to avoid lumps, and add the oil. Add 2/3 of the grated cheese to the resulting liquid batter.
Step 3
Pour the batter over the ham and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
