Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the orange from the skin and membranes, cut the pulp into small pieces. Peel the melon, remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Step 2

Thinly slice the Parma ham and arrange it with the olives, pieces of melon, and orange in two salad bowls.

Step 3
