Ingredients
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
- Lean Beef - 10.6 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Feta cheese - 4.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - ⅓ teaspoon
- Cream 22% - 0.5 oz
- Pitted olives - 1.1 oz
- Green Butter - 1 head
- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar - 3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the ground beef with salt and ground black pepper. Then divide it into 2 equal parts. Form 2 flat patties from the pieces, slightly larger than the diameter of the buns. Set the patties aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2
For the Greek sauce, take the feta cheese, add finely chopped chili pepper, cream, and balsamic vinegar. Blend everything into a smooth mixture. Then add the finely chopped olives. Mix everything by hand. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Slice the onion into 0.5 cm thick rings. Sauté the two largest rings in a pan on both sides. The onion should soften but maintain its shape.
Step 4
Fry the patties in a preheated pan on both sides until cooked through.
Step 5
Assemble the burger: warm the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for 2 minutes. Cut each bun in half lengthwise. On the bottom half, place the lettuce (amount to taste), then the onion ring, followed by the patty. Finally, cover with the top half of the bun spread with Tirokafteri sauce.
