Harusame rice noodles with shrimp
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 6.3 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 6 pieces
- Courgette - 2.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Fresh basil leaves - 1.1 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.1 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- "Dry Hondashi Broth" - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Cut the vegetables into thin strips and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables with the shrimp in sunflower oil for 3–4 minutes in a hot skillet.
Step 4
At the end of frying, add and sauté the chopped garlic.
Step 5
Add the rice noodles, soy sauce, hondashi, spinach, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of water, and mix well.
Step 6
Simmer until all the water evaporates, and season with black pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve the noodles on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy.
