Ingredients

  • Ketchup - 4 fl oz
  • Vinegar essence - 2 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Onion - 0.5 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 0 fl oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Medium-dry sherry - 1 fl oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 2 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Liquid Smoke - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks - 19.8 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 2 lbs
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, chopped onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, orange juice, liquid smoke, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from heat, and let cool.

Step 2

Pour the marinade into a container, add the diced meat, mix, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Step 4

On skewers, alternately thread pieces of meat, pieces of pineapple, small pieces of red pepper, and small onions. Grill for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
