Hawaiian Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 6 pieces
  • Peach Juice - 16 fl oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the chicken. Stir well.

Step 2

Using a fork, poke 5-8 holes in each chicken breast.

Step 3

Place the chicken in the marinade and mix well.

Step 4

Add more pineapple juice if necessary.

Step 5

Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 24-36 hours.

Step 6

Grill the chicken.
