Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Oat flakes - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' - 1 pack
  • Hard Cheese - 5.6 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ground meat - 28.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour 100 ml of milk over the oat flakes and let them soak for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, add minced garlic, soaked oat flakes, and 1 egg. Mix everything well. Place the mixture in a baking dish, forming edges. Spread the 'Hawaiian Mix' vegetables over the chicken mixture.

Step 3

For the filling, beat the eggs, add 100 ml of milk and sour cream, mix everything together and pour it over the filling.

Step 4

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40–45 minutes.
