Description
A Turkish dressing that can be used as both a dip and a salad complement. Haydari itself is quite a hearty dish, as it harmoniously incorporates soft feta cheese and crushed nuts. It pairs wonderfully with fresh and roasted tomatoes, celery, and carrots. It's worth trying to incorporate it into salads with smoked meats or salmon. Or simply spread it on toast instead of butter.

- Drinking Yogurt - 7 fl oz
- Feta cheese - 2.1 oz
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Finely chop the garlic, place it in a mortar, add a pinch of salt, and grind it into a paste.
Step 2
Separately grind the nuts into a paste.
Step 3
Pour the yogurt into a small jar with a screw-on lid and squeeze in the lemon juice.
