- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Roasted Hazelnuts - 1.8 oz
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the tough ends of the stems from the herbs, chop the herbs and garlic.
Step 2
Place the herbs, garlic, and nuts in a blender, add salt, pour in the oil and lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.
