- Wheat Flour - 14.5 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Pizza Flour - 13 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 12 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Pepperoni - 15 slices
- Pitted olives - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the flour, yeast, water, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the bread maker in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Knead the dough. When the dough is ready, add the rosemary.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 3
Divide the dough into three parts. Shape each part into a heart about 2 cm thick. Brush with the remaining olive oil and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each pizza. Sprinkle with cheese and top with tomatoes, zucchini, pepperoni, and sliced olives. Sprinkle with cheese again.
Step 4
Bake for about 15–20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns a nice color.
