- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Pickles - 4 pieces
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, potatoes, and eggs separately. Sauté the mushrooms with onions.
Step 2
I had boiled chicken breast in the fridge. I sliced it and decided to cook it a bit more. A little fat in the pan and I lightly fried it. This meat gave a completely different flavor to the salad.
Step 3
Cut everything into cubes, combine, add salt and pepper to taste. Dress with mayonnaise. I think adding green onions would be delicious.
Step 4
You can make mayonnaise yourself or mix store-bought with sour cream in equal parts. Dress and enjoy.
