Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- Zubatka - 14.1 oz
- White bread - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and grind the bread (you can also crumble it by hand without a food processor).
Step 2
Cut the Zubatka fillet into cubes approximately 1x1 cm.
Step 3
Mix the Zubatka, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and crack in the egg.
Step 4
Stir and shape into balls.
Step 5
Place the balls in foil molds and steam for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve drizzled with tartar sauce.
