- Pork Mince - 12.3 oz
- Lean Beef - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until it's half-done, then let it cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable (or butter) oil until translucent.
Step 3
Mix the ground meat, then add salt, pepper, onion, egg, and the cooled rice. Combine everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into small hedgehogs, slightly larger than a tangerine, coat them in flour, and place them in a baking dish.
Step 5
In a deep bowl, combine sour cream and tomato paste, add salt and spices to taste, pour in water, and mix until smooth to avoid lumps.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and place them in a preheated oven at 356°F for 50 minutes.
