Ingredients
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Veal Mince - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Separate the whites of the boiled eggs from the yolks and chop them. Prepare the herbs and chop them finely. Combine the minced meat with the egg whites, onion, and herbs. Stir in the raw egg. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add the boiled rice and mix everything well.
Step 2
Form 8 patties from the mixture. Place the yolks on 4 of the patties, cover with the remaining patties, and roll them into balls. Mix the tomato paste (or ketchup) with sour cream and 100 ml of hot water.
Step 3
Season to taste. Place the hedgehogs in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce over them, and put them in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 410°F. Serve hot.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix ketchup with mayonnaise or choose a ready-made sauce to taste.
