Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin - 1½ kg
- Vegetable Oil - 27 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 10 fl oz
- Onion - 28.2 oz
- Rosemary - 0.5 oz
- Thyme - 0.5 oz
- Cilantro - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the beef tenderloin, trim it, and sear it to medium doneness.
Step 2
Place the cut in a cool area to halt the cooking process.
Step 3
While the beef tenderloin is cooling, prepare the onion: slice it into rings and mix it with soy sauce.
Step 4
Combine the onion with the soy sauce and the cooled meat.
Step 5
Next, heat the vegetable oil to 35–104°F and combine it with the herbs (thyme, rosemary, and cilantro) and garlic. Allow the mixture to cool.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients (the meat should be fully submerged in the marinade) and let it marinate for at least 8 hours.
Step 7
Once the roast beef is ready to serve, slice it and serve.
