Ingredients
- Watercress - 2.5 oz
- Arugula - 0.4 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Pistachios - 3.2 oz
- Garlic - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into small pieces.
Step 2
Do the same with the garlic.
Step 3
In a dry, hot skillet, toast the nuts until golden brown (about 3 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally).
Step 4
Place the garlic in a blender.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped herbs and cheese.
Step 6
Add the cooled nuts and lime juice.
Step 7
Add the apple cider vinegar.
Step 8
Add the oil and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 9
Add salt.
Step 10
Blend vigorously until smooth.
Step 11
Transfer to a glass container. Done!
