Ingredients
- Arugula - 3.5 oz
- Sage - 0.2 oz
- Rosemary - 0 oz
- Oregano - 0.4 oz
- Marjoram - 0.4 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 4.1 oz
- Lemongrass - 0.4 oz
- Shallot - 1.1 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Pistachios - 0.8 oz
- Brazil Nuts - 0.7 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Lime - 2 pieces
- Ocean salt - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 10 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place arugula and sage in a blender.
Step 2
Add rosemary and oregano.
Step 3
Then add marjoram and basil.
Step 4
Chop lemongrass and napa cabbage before adding to the blender.
Step 5
Also chop shallot and green onion first.
Step 6
Chop garlic and Brazil nuts, add pine nuts whole.
Step 7
Squeeze the juice of lime and lemon (with pulp), add cheese and salt.
Step 8
Pour in the oil, red wine vinegar, and apple cider vinegar.
Step 9
Add sesame seeds and blend until smooth. Optionally, add chili pepper.
