  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Basil - 11 teaspoons
  • Dried Chamomile - 11 teaspoons
  • Oregano - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic - ½ spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
  • Butter - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into strips about 1.5-2 cm wide.

Step 2

Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, and spices.

Step 3

Pre-soaked in melted butter, the pieces of chicken should be coated in a mixture of breadcrumbs and herbs, then arranged in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.

Step 5

Serve with marinara sauce or honey mustard.
