Description
When choosing a container for the oil, pay attention to the neck. The herbs should fit freely in the oil and be easily removed. Canning jars are best for infusing. Then, you can transfer it to beautiful bottles, placing fresh sprigs of herbs inside. You can use thyme, basil, oregano, fennel, or tarragon.
